2.2 Active Filters (Chips)
When a filter is active, it appears as a removable chip below the bar:

3. Contacts Table
3.1 Default Columns

| Checkbox | Select contact(s) for bulk actions. The header checkbox selects all |
| Name | Contact name or identifier (e.g., phone number) with a platform icon |
| Type | Interaction type: Inbound or Outbound (campaign) |
| Status | Contact's current status (e.g., "CLOSED") |
| Channel | Communication channel + assigned user (e.g., "Raphael Porto [ChatUI]") |
| Lead | Lead identifier on the channel |
| Pipeline | Pipeline associated with the contact (or "-" if none) |
| Stage | Current pipeline stage (stage number) |
| Created at | Contact creation date/time |
| Transferred to | Who the contact was transferred to (or "-") |
| Transferred at | Transfer date/time (or "-") |
| Next follow-up | Date/time of the next scheduled follow-up (or "-") |
| Last lead response | Date/time of the lead's last interaction |
| Source | Lead source: Organic, Campaign, etc. |
3.2 Custom Columns (Custom Fields)
Columns with the ✨ prefix indicate user-defined custom fields:

3.3 Contact Row (Structure)
Each table row is clickable and contains:
- Selection checkbox
- Platform icon + name/ID
- Type with a visual badge (Inbound/Outbound)
- Status as text
- Channel with user avatar + name
- Lead identifier
- Pipeline (or "-")
- Numeric stage
- Formatted dates (DD/MM/YYYY HH:mm)
- Source
- Custom fields (or "-" when empty)
3.4 Interaction Types

4. Pagination (Table Footer)
