WhatsApp Config — Events (Event History)
Panel: WhatsApp Settings → Events tab
1. Event History
Chronological record of all updates and status changes related to the WhatsApp channel.
1.1 Event Structure
Each event displays:
| Element | Description |
|---|---|
| Icon | Visual indicator of the event type |
| Title | Heading 6 — Event type (e.g., "Message template status update") |
| Description | Event details with the template name and Meta BM ID |
| Date/Time | Event timestamp |
1.2 Grouping by Date
Events are grouped by day with a date heading (e.g., "Monday, April 27, 2026").
2. Recorded Event Types
All recorded events are of the "Message template status update" type, indicating template approvals by Meta.

Note: The event list shows more templates than those displayed on the Templates tab (which shows only 3). The others are system templates for forwarding/transfer.
