WhatsApp Config — Transfer Message (Handoff)
Panel: WhatsApp Settings → Transfer Message tab
1. Description
"Select a template for this channel to be used as the default when no message is configured in a transfer step."
2. Structure
2.1 Informational Alert
⚠️ "This setting will be ignored for steps that already have a transfer message configured."
2.2 Message for Representative (Internal)

| Description | "This is the message that will be sent to your team's representative on transfer." |
| Selector | "Select a message" combobox — chooses a template from the approved list |
2.3 Message for Customer (External)

| Description | "This is the message that will be sent to the customer informing them that they are being transferred." |

3. Important Note
"Don't see an approved template in the list? Try syncing with the Sync button in the top-right corner."
4. Available Actions

| Select internal template | Choose a template to notify the representative |

| Save | Button (disabled until templates are selected) |
| Sync | Syncs templates with WhatsApp |
